How can I get a refund?

Can I cancel and use the letters?

Our materials are copy written, which means you cannot cancel the service and continue to use our materials. To use the materials, you must be an active member in good standing.

How am I billed?

Our memberships are offered on a monthly basis as a month-to-month program with no contract. Membership may be cancelled at anytime.  Each month the account is active a payment is due for the services. The monthly charge is the only fee you pay to access our materials.
